- Hi, my name is John and I have a bunch of interests including hiking, camping and anything outdoors. One of my biggest hobbies is Gun Collecting/Shooting. I have a modest collection that I enjoy shooting at the range for FUN and competition. I hold Concealed Carry Licenses allowing me to carry a firearm in 35 states. I am also a federally licensed gun collector. I am a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment and the Constitution as a whole. I am politically active locally and have even traveled to Washington DC for political reasons including defending the US Constitution. My favorite activity is hiking in New England. I am in the process of hiking all 44 of the mountains higher than 4000 feet in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I am also actively hiking Vermont and Western Massachusetts. I have plans in the works for hiking in Maine as well. Probably my most unusual interest is amateur radio: I have a license from the Federal Communications Commission to operate radios on the ITU and WARC Amateur Radio bands.
